Impressions of Rome
Now it's again a few weeks ago, I promised to post some impressions of Rome. Unfortunately, I had so little free time that I can still do so until now.
We were very lucky with the weather - the floods overtook Rome after our stay - which is why I am pleased to present some pictures of the city may be:
Evening in Rome
After a really hard climb to the dome of St. Peter's Cathedral (510 steps, the only passable part in "lean" or very narrow spiral stairs are), I was able to enjoy this view of St. Peter's Square and the city.

There is no corresponding panorama over the city's but at the next opportunity.
