World first: Hybrid Image Stabilization by Canon
Canon Inc., Japan, presented a world first for use in interchangeable SLR cameras: the hybrid-compensated image stabilizer (hybrid-IS), the camera shake for swivel movements and shifts of the camera. This is really a great innovation! I'm often in a very hectic work environments and photos include it, it is often difficult to generate wobble images. The normal image stabilization helps out, but unfortunately not enough frequently. I will try out a camera with this technique in any case and make myself an idea of how much she really does!
